1. General

These terms govern the use of software and services provided by Byte Software ("we"). By using the service you are deemed to accept these terms.

2. License Use

The license key you purchase is for your use only. License sharing is prohibited. Sharing your license key, account details or access with others is prohibited and results in the license being revoked.

3. File and Program Sharing

Sharing the program files, installation packages or license-related files with others, whether for free or for payment, is strictly prohibited. Any distribution intended to crack, keygen or bypass the license may be subject to legal action.

4. Purpose of Use

The software is for personal, legitimate use only. Use that violates server rules, cheating, or use that harms others is not permitted.

5. Support and Refunds

Support is provided via Discord. Refund conditions are stated before purchase; in general, refunds are not accepted once use has begun.

6. Community Rules and Campaigns

Any campaign, advertisement, promotion or referral about other products, software or services organized within the Byte Software community (Discord, Telegram and our other official channels), as well as any message that supports, shares or encourages such campaigns, is a violation of our rules.

This violation results in the cancellation of the user's license and removal from the community.

7. Changes

Byte Software reserves the right to change these terms. The current text is published on the site.

These terms are deemed to have been read and accepted by everyone who uses Byte Software products and services.
