Yes. Using a bot or third-party software violates GF's terms of service. We don't hide this. Anti-Ban mechanisms reduce the risk but do not remove the rule violation; the decision and responsibility are the user's.
This is a known situation. Because game-automation software reads the screen and sends input, antivirus tools often produce warnings. Our setup guide explains how to add an exception. Only download the file from our channels.
Yes. The bot solves the mini-game that appears while fishing using screen analysis. This goes beyond just casting and waiting and is a feature most free bots lack.
The bot buys bait from the NPC automatically and keeps baiting. If you want, it cooks the fish it catches and empties the inventory when full. The goal is to run for a long time without your intervention.
No. The bot runs the game on your computer and analyses the screen, so the computer must be on and the game running. Remote management is done via Telegram, but the work still happens on your machine.
Because the bot analyses the screen and sends input, the game window must be accessible. Doing other work on the same machine can disrupt it. It is best for the bot to run in its own session.
No. Because screen analysis can be affected when the Metin2 client updates, maintenance is ongoing and updates are included for the duration of your license. We don't charge extra.
If you experience a technical fault you must report it within the 72-hour technical window after purchase; we respond to requests within 48 hours. If you think the product won't meet your expectations, it's best to ask before buying.

No, they are separate products and licensed separately. The fishing bot license does not cover the spoofer. The spoofer only makes sense for players with a device (HWID) ban; if you haven't been banned you don't need it.
No software removes an account ban. If your ban is device-based (HWID) see our spoofer page; if it is account-based, the only legitimate option is to appeal through official support.
