Before asking for support
Most problems are solved in a few minutes. Checking the following before writing speeds things up for both of us:
- Setup and settings guide — setup steps, what the settings mean and fixes for common errors are here.
- If you get an antivirus warning, this is a known situation; the guide explains what to do.
- System requirements — Windows 10 and Windows 11 are supported.
Including these when you write lets us solve it in one message: which package you use, your Windows version, the full text or a screenshot of the error message, and at which step the problem appears.
Refund policy
If you experience a technical fault, report it to us within the 72-hour technical window after purchase. We respond to requests within 48 hours. Detailed conditions are on the terms of use page.
Warning: watch out for fake accounts
Only the addresses listed on this page belong to us. If you see somewhere selling under the name "Byte Software" through a different Discord server, Telegram account or website, let us know. Never share your license key with anyone — our team will not ask you for it either.
